If ordered by 3:00 PM any day, 99% of our orders ship that same day. All orders are shipped within 24 hours, unless we are out of stock or there is a back-order or credit card issue of some kind.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Portawalls are NOT returnable, unless you've selected the wrong wheel size and they are returned, package unopened. Any returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
